Frequently asked questions about our Private Clouds
Is the service a SaaS?
No, it is not a SaaS. For each client we implement their Private Cloud on a virtual private server (VPS) or on their own infrastructure.
Is there a mandatory term when you sign up for the service?
No, there is no mandatory term. We only ask that, if you want to cancel, you do so 15 days in advance.
How long does it take to enable the service once it is hired?
Your Private Cloud is active between 3 and 5 hours after we receive your payment.
Can I use my own domain or a subdomain?
Of course. We will give you the IP address so you can change the "A" records in your domain zone. We recommend creating an "A" record named "nube" so that access is https://nube.tudominio.com
What does the implementation include when you sign up for the service?
It includes creating the virtual private server (VPS) with the features of the plan you chose and installing the platform.
Is any training included?
Yes, a remote session of up to 1 hour so you learn the essentials of using your Private Cloud.
Can I hire extra training?
Of course. Whenever you decide, our team will take care of training you.
